Excellent results, excellent service. Nate Desemone was punctual, helpful and answered all of our questions. Unlike other reps we have worked with, he made himself available through the entire process from working with our adjuster to final install. The project manager Wade Hicks, was exceptional as well. He kept us informed of the installation schedule, quality check and even shared the final pictures of our roof after his inspection. We really had no idea what to expect, but the people, process and final product were all very high quality.
We had roof damage from the storm in May. Our BJR rep was Nate. Nate was proactive with our insurance company, working to get our claim submitted and approved. We got caught up in our insurance companies disaster team (from out of state), which required more work from Nate and his team. Our roof also had "enhanced" components that Nate recognized and made sure we got included on our new roof. The project manager, Wade, did a great job too, keeping track of the roofing team, and was very responsive.
Brandon J, and specifically consultant Nate Desemone, need a review about Nate's perfect character. It turned out my roof was fine but my skylight took the storm's worst. Nate tacked down a tarp and gave me a card for a home repair contractor...between his endless smiles and factual feedback.
