Our home took a significant hit from the May 2025 hailstorm. Brandon J Roofing responded the same day to assess the damage — and even patched several holes on the spot to prevent further water intrusion. The storm left our roof, gutters, and vinyl siding all in need of full replacement. We tackled the roof first, and Ryan Anderson made that process as simple as any roof repair we’ve ever dealt with. The second phase — replacing the vinyl siding and gutters — proved more challenging. Our insurance company initially pushed for a partial replacement, despite the fact that matching vinyl was unavailable given the siding's age. David Burnette went to bat for us and successfully negotiated a full wrap reimbursement. That opened the door for us to upgrade to James Hardie plank siding, and it's a decision we couldn't be more pleased with. But that required a lot more decisions what to with the existing shutters, garage wrap, outlets, spigots, cable boxes, house numbers, and more. David couldn’t have been more detailed oriented and patient over the course of what took almost one year. James Hardie installation demands a higher level of craftsmanship, and the crew delivered. Over the course of the roughly 10-day project, Tim Johnson was on-site every single day to stay ahead of any issues and ensure nothing was overlooked. Throughout both phases, all three Brandon J representatives were consistently responsive — whether by text or email — and a genuine pleasure to work with. The transformation has been incredible — our 30-year-old home has a modern, refreshed look that we couldn't be more thrilled with.

Worked with this contractor for my roof and siding after the March tornado that ripped through Jefferson county. The teams they sent out to preform the work were professional courtesy and quick. My roof was done in a day. Siding took a little longer…about 5days. The project managers and sales professionals were on top of any concerns and worked with us to accommodate ways to allow our pets to get out of the house. Once the job was finished they walked the property with me. Anything that was found was address and corrected. If you need a roofing or siding contractor you won’t go wrong with Brandon J.

My home was recently hit by storm and Brandon J Roofing was able to guide us through the process of dealing with a difficult insurance company. The repair process began with our roof, gutters and down spouts. Brian P. helped us through the process of inspecting the damage and getting everything approved with the insurance company. Once approved David B. was amazing at showing us all the options available to us. David was a great help at deciding the right material and color combination to maximize the look and value of our home. We decided on the James Hardie cement fiber siding. Tim J. was the project manager and did a great job handling the project. He explained to us the material is difficult to install and would take a little longer to install than traditional siding. Tim told us to trust the process and the outcome would be worth wait. The install crew did a great job on the install and we could not be happier with the results. I worked with Tim and Colin to get new siding for my house. They were awesome to work with.
