I had the pleasure of working with Lance from Brandon J Roofing. He was on time and very prompt for our meeting in regards to replacing my roof. Very quick with communication when I had a question and very knowledgeable. Don’t get rid of this guy he represents the company very well.
"I worked with Lance from Brandon J Roofing to get my roof approved after the hailstorm on 3/10. Lance came out and did a thorough inspection and met my insurance adjuster. This was my first roof replacement through insurance and it couldn't of been easier. Lance was very quick to respond and made me and my wife comfortable through the whole process. We are in love with our new roof.
Salesman, Lance Austin, was my first contact. Very professional helpful and friendly. He delivered on my expectations and made the insurance process painless. He always had or got answers to my many questions or concerns. I highly recommend Lance. His experience and knowledge made him my "go to guy" through the process. William was the roofing crew chief .and they did an excellent job. Efficient with setup and layout of materials. My entire home was draped and my plants protected. I recently got a new deck and the protected it as well. They paid special attention to check bushes for debris too. My job was very clean with no leftover roofing trash in my neighbors yard or mine. They cleaned up 2-3 times as the day progressed. They rolled a magnet over my front and back yard multiple times so no screws, staples or nails were left. They even blew my deck and driveway. I was very happy with the job they did. The roof looks great and even though other neighbors used other companies we got many compliments on OUR installation and appearance. Sam was my supervisor/ inspector and he made multiple visits on installation day and came again next day to insure all work was done completely, correctly, and up to company standards as Lance had promised. My job took only 1 day and I highly recommend this team combination for a great job. My only issues were with the communication and coordination between schedulers and the various subcontractors. To be honest, there were a few weather delays and needing to plan work around my schedule. It was messy at times but was finally resolved satisfactorily. The crews who installed gutter covers were a problem due to commuication and coordination. They came on wrong day- unannounced. Another different crew did the work on the correct day but left a little trash and left without talking to me. The gutter covers were a minor part of my job though and was completed in 1-2 hours. It really looks great now that all is finished.
